Welcome to Xenona! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. 

 

 

1. Introduction 

 

Xenona is a fully on-chain giveaway platform designed to make prize campaigns transparent, automated, and trustless. It allows anyone to create, join, and win giveaways, while ensuring that every step — from prize funding to winner selection — is verifiable on the blockchain. 

Traditional giveaways rely heavily on trust: trust that the host actually holds the prize, trust that the rules won’t change, and trust that the winner is chosen fairly. Xenona removes this uncertainty entirely. By using smart contracts, Xenona turns giveaways into automated processes that cannot be manipulated — not even by the creator. 

At its core, Xenona brings together two things Web3 users value most: 

fairness guaranteed by code and engaging prize experiences built for communities. 

 

By using Xenona, you acknowledge and agree that you understand how blockchain-based smart contracts operate and that the platform itself is not a custodian of your assets. All blockchain interactions are performed through your wallet and executed on-chain. 

 

 

2. Eligibility 

 

To use Xenona, you must: 

  • Be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Own a compatible blockchain wallet supported by the platform 

 

By accessing Xenona, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. 

 

 

3. User Accounts 

 

To participate in giveaways or create them, you must connect a blockchain wallet to Xenona. When you do so: 

  • Your wallet address serves as your identity on the platform
  • The platform may store associated metadata (username, profile settings, participation history) off-chain
  • You are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet, private keys, and any authentication credentials 

 

Xenona will not be liable for any loss of assets or data caused by compromised wallets, private keys, or credentials. 

 

 

4. Giveaways 

 

Each giveaway operates as an independent smart contract on a blockchain. The platform provides tools to: 

  • Create and deploy new giveaways
  • Configure entry rules, duration, and participant limits
  • Track and display giveaways and participant activity 

 

All prize handling, randomness for winner selection, and distribution are performed by the smart contract. Xenona enforces certain off-chain validations (e.g., password rules, address age, minimum wallet balances) to ensure eligibility before sending entries on-chain. 

 

The platform is not responsible for the content, legality, or fairness of prizes offered, but the smart contracts are designed to execute verifiably and trustlessly. 

 

 

5. Transactions and Fees 

 

  • All blockchain transactions (e.g., entering a giveaway, deploying a contract) are initiated by your wallet and are subject to gas fees or network transaction costs.
  • Xenona may deduct a fixed platform fee (e.g., 1%) from completed giveaways as outlined in the platform rules.
  • Fees are transferred on-chain automatically; the platform does not intervene in prize handling. 

 

 

6. Off-Chain Data and Privacy 

 

Xenona stores certain data off-chain to provide a user-friendly experience. This includes: 

  • User profiles and preferences
  • Giveaway metadata and descriptions
  • Participation history
  • Validation rules for entries 

 

All off-chain data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and Xenona will take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access. 

 

 

7. Prohibited Activities 

 

Users may not use Xenona to: 

  • Engage in fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access
  • Create giveaways with illegal, offensive, or prohibited content
  • Circumvent platform rules or blockchain transaction processes
  • Attempt to manipulate giveaway outcomes or exploit smart contract vulnerabilities 

 

Violations may result in account suspension, entry bans, or reporting to relevant authorities. 

 

 

8. Disclaimers 

 

  • Xenona provides the platform on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that all giveaways will function flawlessly.
  • Smart contracts are immutable once deployed; Xenona cannot reverse on-chain transactions.
  • Users participate in giveaways at their own risk. The platform is not liable for losses arising from failed transactions, blockchain network issues, or external factors.
  • Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenona and its affiliates are not liable for: 

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to platform use
  • Losses from wallet compromise, private key loss, or unauthorized transactions
  • Any smart contract execution errors or blockchain network failures 

 

 

10. Modifications 

 

Xenona may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance. Users are encouraged to review Terms regularly. 

 

 

11. Governing Law 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Xenona is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws, unless otherwise specified.
